Money orders, cashier checks and PayPal payments will be shipped out on our next ship date which is usually twice a week unless prior arrangements are made. Orders by check will be held for 7-10 business days to allow the check to clear. Payment is expected to be received within 7 calendar days unless prior arrangements have been made.
Shipping, local delivery and free pickup are the options available for your order.
Shipping and local delivery charges are not included in the price. These are determined after the order form is received due to the location of shipment or delivery being a factor. If you do not agree with the final price you have the right to cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.
Online clients: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us via e-mail within 3 days of your receiveing the item to arrange for a full refund of the original price. No refunds will be available for shipping and local delivery costs. In store purchases are subject to posted return policy.
6% sales tax will be added to the purchase price for Maryland residents.
